Alameda auto accident leaves one dead

Fox Reno reports that a man was killed in a single-vehicle Alameda auto accident. The victim was a passenger in the Ford Explorer at the time of the California car accident.

The driver of the Explorer lost control of the vehicle and hit a tree. The vehicle burst into flames after the impact of the California car accident. The driver was extricated from the vehicle and transported to the hospital.

Preliminary investigation indicates that speed and alcohol were both factors in the Alameda auto accident.

Two killed in San Jose auto accident

Two people were killed and two injured in an early morning San Jose auto accident, according to the San Jose Mercury News.

A 20-year-old man was driving Eastbound on West Tasman Drive when his 2001 Ford Expedition spun out of control. The car hit the center median and then crashed into a light pole.

The driver fled the scene of the San Jose auto accident on foot, but returned a short time later accompanied by his father.

Two male passengers in the vehicle were pronounced dead at the scene of the California auto accident. The driver and a female passenger were transported to the hospital to be treated for injuries.

The driver was charged with felony hit-and-run, drunken driving, and vehicular manslaughter, following the San Jose car accident.

Two injured in Sacramento auto accident

The Sacramento Bee reports that two people were injured in a Sacramento auto accident. According to police the Sacramento auto accident happened at an intersection around 9:40pm.

The two-vehicle Sacramento car accident sent two people to the UC Davis Medical Center with serious injuries. One vehicle hit a utility pole, and a person in that vehicle had to be extracted by emergency personnel.

Sacramento police officers are still investigating the cause of the California auto accident.
