KMPH Fox News 26 reports that a Fresno auto accident claimed the life of a young woman.
The Fresno auto accident occurred on Adams and Fruit. The victim was a passenger in a van traveling with 5 family members.
The driver of another vehicle ran a stop sign and crashed into the van in the intersection, causing the van to roll over in the California auto accident.
The driver of the other vehicle fled the scene of the Fresno car accident, but officials later caught up with him. He is expected to face felony manslaughter and DUI charges.

KCRA Channel 3 News reports that two California Highway Patrol officers were injured in a Sacramento auto accident.
The Sacramento car accident occurred when their patrol car crashed during a pursuit on Interstate 80. The police car was chasing a vehicle that had been traveling around 90 miles per hour. The police vehicle ran off the road, hit a concrete wall, and then smashed into a light pole.
The light pole was severed following the California auto accident, and landed in the eastbound lane of I-80. Several other vehicles were damaged when the light pole hit the roadway.
The driver and passenger both sustained injuries in the Sacramento auto accident.

The San Luis Obispo Tribune reports that two teens were killed in a California car accident.
The teens were traveling in a Plymouth Neon when they entered Highway 1 against a red light. The vehicle crossed into the path of a pick-up truck causing the California auto accident. The pick-up truck broadsided the car causing the fatal injuries to the teens.
