Death of 4-year-old potential San Jose wrongful death lawsuit

The Great American Park has been cited for the death of a 4-year-old California boy, and lawyers say the situation could lead to a potential San Jose wrongful death lawsuit.

The 4-year-old boy was found floating unconscious in the wave pool at the Great American Park.  According to Inside The Bay Area, the boy did not know how to swim and was not wearing a life jacket at the time of the possible San Jose wrongful death incident.

The state of California has been and is continuing to investigate the theme park for their involvement in the potential San Jose wrongful death case.

One dead from Sacramento fire and burn injury

The Sacramento Metropolitan Fire Department was called to put out a fatal California house fire, which was set ablaze one mile down the road from a fatal complex fire that occurred the previous day, according to The Sacramento Bee.

Firefighters discovered the body of the Sacramento fire and burn victim lying in the middle of the burning home. They said the fire was fast moving and far along by the time they reached the Sacramento fire and burn victim.

The Sheriff’s Department is currently investigating the cause of the fire.

Pedestrian dies in San Francisco truck accident

According to the San Jose Mercury News, a California woman was killed in a San Francisco truck accident.

The San Francisco truck accident occurred when a Department of Public Works truck struck the pedestrian as she legally walked across the street in the crosswalk. The driver of the truck in the California truck accident had made a left turn on green when the accident took place.

The California woman was pronounced dead at the scene of the San Francisco truck accident.

Police are still investigating the California truck accident.

Three rescued in San Francisco boat accident

Three people were forced to jump off their yacht and into the San Francisco Bay after their boat caught fire.

According to The San Francisco Chronicle, the San Francisco boat accident was possibly caused by an exhaust leak in the yacht. After the three passengers aboard the boat jumped into the water, a passing boat picked them up.

The flames from the California boat accident were later extinguished by the San Francisco Fire Department.

There were no fire and burn injuries in the San Francisco boat accident.

Sacramento drunk driving victim dies in police chase

According to The Sacramento Bee, a teen passenger died in a Sacramento drunk driving accident after police pulled over the car for driving erratically down a California highway. The Sacramento driver pulled over for the police officer, but then fled the scene and hit a light pole down the road.

A teenager in the passenger seat of the vehicle died at the scene of the accident. The teen wasn’t the only Sacramento drunk driving victim in the auto accident; three other people in the vehicle suffered car accident injuries as well.

The driver who caused the Sacramento drunk driving accident faces charges of gross vehicular manslaughter, felony driving under the influence, and felony evading a police officer.
