The Modesto Bee reports that a motorcyclist was killed in a Modesto motorcycle accident.

The Modesto motorcycle accident happened as the motorcyclist was driving westbound on East Orangeburg road and collided with a Honda Accord traveling eastbound.

The 43-year-old male suffered fatal injuries to his head and upper body after hitting the car and then the pavement in the Modesto motorcycle accident. The victim was wearing a helmet at the time of the Modesto motorcycle accident, but the type of helmet did not cover his whole head.

Police are unsure who is to blame for the Modesto motorcycle accident.

KYVU reports that a man was killed in a San Jose motorcycle accident. The San Jose motorcycle accident happened as the man was heading west on Bernal Way. The man crashed into a parked car, and the impact made him fly off the motorcycle and land under the car.

San Jose Firefighters were the first responders on the scene, and they pulled the 47-year-old man out from under the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene of the San Jose motorcycle accident. Police are investigating if mechanical failure played a role in the San Jose motorcycle accident.

California Highway Patrol officer injured in motorcycle accident

The Mercury News reports that a man was injured in a California motorcycle accident.

The California motorcycle accident happened around 7:30am in the northbound lanes of Highway 101, just south of Harney Road.  According to a preliminary investigation, the motorcycle collided with another vehicle in the California motorcycle accident.

The person on the cycle was a California Highway Patrol motorcycle officer. He suffered minor injuries in the crash.

One killed in Sacramento motorcycle accident

The Sacramento Bee reported that one man was killed in a Sacramento motorcycle accident.

The motorcyclist was headed north on Bader Road when he hit an airport shuttle van that had just pulled out of a driveway. The driver was thrown from the motorcycle and died at the scene of the California motorcycle accident.

The driver of the shuttle van was not injured, although a van passenger suffered minor injuries and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

The Sacramento motorcycle accident is still under investigation.

5-year-old killed in Alameda motorcycle accident

A 5-year-old California boy was killed after being struck by a bike in an Alameda motorcycle accident.

The Alameda motorcycle accident occurred when the boy ran across the street to join his sister and some friends, but was hit by the motorcycle before reaching the other side of the road. According to The Mercury News, the boy did not cross the street at a crosswalk.
