The Sacramento Bee reported that one man was killed in a Sacramento motorcycle accident.
The motorcyclist was headed north on Bader Road when he hit an airport shuttle van that had just pulled out of a driveway. The driver was thrown from the motorcycle and died at the scene of the California motorcycle accident.
The driver of the shuttle van was not injured, although a van passenger suffered minor injuries and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
The Sacramento motorcycle accident is still under investigation.

The Modesto Bee reported that a Modesto wrongful death suit has been filed against the Old Fisherman’s Club, a shooting range in California.
The widow of a man shot at the club filed the Modesto wrongful death lawsuit against the club, the landlord, and the man she says shot her husband.
She is asking for $25,000 in the California wrongful death lawsuit.
The coroners’ office ruled the death accidental, but the investigation remains open. No one has been arrested yet.

A California Fire Captain is in good condition after suffering a Sacramento burn injury while fighting a two-alarm fire, according to the Sacramento Bee.
The Captain suffered serious California burn injuries to one hand, his neck, and face. He is now facing surgery and rehabilitation.
Three other firefighters suffered Sacramento burn injuries in the California fire accident. They were treated at a hospital and sent home the same day.
Investigators from the fire department are trying to determine how the Sacramento fire accident intensified so quickly, in hopes of preventing future fire fighter burn injuries.

The San Francisco Chronicle reported that eight people were killed in a Sacramento auto accident.
A bus carrying 41 senior citizens left Sacramento and was headed to Colusa Casino when the California car accident occurred. According to police, the bus swerved back and forth across a rural road before flipping into a ditch.
The driver of the bus was arrested Monday morning under suspicion of driving under the influence.
The bus involved in the Sacramento auto accident was owned by Cobb transportation.

One man died Saturday after a Fresno auto accident, according to the Sacramento Bee.
The California auto accident occurred on a long, windy stretch of Interstate 80 about 14 miles west of Blue Canyon. The driver told police he was traveling about 55 miles per hour when he lost control of the vehicle, ran off the road, and hit a tree, causing the single vehicle accident.
The driver and passengers involved in the Fresno auto accident were taken to a nearby hospital, where the passenger, who was riding in the front seat, later died.
I-80 Westbound was closed for about 45 minutes as a result of the Fresno car accident.
